JobHub Australia services major Distribution centers in Thomastown Victoria. We require Factory Hand and Warehouse Staff for immediate starts on either Day or Afternoon Shifts.
THE ROLE
This position will perform pick/pack activities, inventory control, and reverse logistics coordination. This includes the creation and processing of return orders, providing customer support, and troubleshooting faulty/warranty claims.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and return orders within the ERP system (SAP).
- Pick and pack orders utilising RF scanning.
- Create outbound freight bookings as well relevant documentation.
- Unload LCL / FCL inbound stock and receipt / put away stock according to designated racking locations.
- Inventory management and stock rotation.
- Cycle counts and stocktake duties.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible end-to-end customer experience.
- Provide assistance to customer contacts via phone, email and web-based channels ensuring the timely resolution of all customer queries and support requests.
